         Between 1990 and 1993 Sylvia gained broad experience as a professional
         working as a lawyer at Ciba-Geigy AG in Basel, as a law professor in Basel,
         as a lawyer in a Swiss law firm and at court. After which she worked for
         over 7 years with Ernst & Young in Basel, New York and Sydney, ranking
         as a Senior Manager and was mainly the tax and legal advisor for
         international companies. In 1995/1996 she continued to develop her
         skills in international tax law at the Dutch and Swiss Tax Desk of
