Sylvia Buetler, attorney at law and Mediator, was born in England and grew
         up in Switzerland. She studied French at the University of Lausanne
         and Commercial Law at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), receiving her
         Masters in Law in spring 1989. She subsequently passed the Swiss bar
         in 1993. Additionally, Sylvia has studied tax law in Bern and obtained a
         Master of Mediation (MM) in Germany.
         Prior to working as an attorney and during her studies (1986 to 1990), she
         worked as journalist at the St.Galler Tagblatt covering economy, law and
         politics. Furthermore, she was engaged as a lawyer at Winterthur Insurance
